How We Started:

The founder of the company (Jacob Buchanan), has significant experience working for a popular commercial demolition company in the Elgin IL area as his first job when he was 18 years old. As well at a multi award winning residential demolition company in the Bolingbrook IL area. This job experience was a big influence in his discovery of demolition services being his passion. He has driven tow trucks, labored in concrete work, and worked in a factory. But he never enjoyed his job more than when he was working for a demolition company. He learned safety procedures, and helpful techniques to make the demolition go smoothly. Equipped with his experience in both commercial and residential projects, along with the work ethic obtained in the Marine Corps he has made it his personal mission to make sure every difficult project gets completed safely, efficiently, on time and done right the first time.

Buchanan Demolition LLC started in the Industry providing dustless options because in our experience the hardest thing for most companies is the dust, it is the number one reason for most complaints in the industry nation wide. Even if you decide to hold your tongue because they did a great job doing the demotion, your neighbors may not be so understanding or happy with the dust that has spread to their home. To mitigate that dis-satisfaction Buchanan Demolition spared no expense to ensure our customers are happy and healthy in the homes and offices with the demolition services we provide being top notch and our air quality being OSHA approved after the demolition is complete. Many companies don't care about the dust that gets into the air that holds and creates health problems later in life. We don't agree with that kind of thinking, your home is the place where you felt safe before the remodel and we can provide a service that ensures your safety during and well after your remodel.
